When they came to see me in January, Harold and Linda were ten days from foreclosure. Today their mortgage is current and their bad debts are all gone. Harold had a career change due to medical reasons, lost income, got into credit card debt, had a car repossessed and got behind on the mortgage.

How Can I Tell If It’s a Scam? I’m a bankruptcy lawyer. I know many people do NOT want to think about bankruptcy. (It doesn’t much bother Donald Trump.) So instead of a bankruptcy lawyer, they talk to someone else. People who need a bankruptcy but want something else, often end up in scams.
