In addition to teaching the ins and outs of how to collect money and assets in a Chapter 7, they discussed the basics of a Chapter 7, motions for relief from stay, co-debtor stay, non-dischargeable claims, and other topics to efficiently and effectively obtain what is rightfully yours in a bankruptcy.

In Florida, generally the transfer of a mortgage note transfers with it the related mortgage. The mortgage note is regarded as the principal item with the mortgage being regarded as a mere accessory. Hence the adage "the mortgage follows the note."
